He spearheaded the high-profile Route 66 Recharged cross-country EV expedition, officially recognized by the Route 66 Centennial Commission. A frequent speaker and panelist across major industry platforms, including Fully Charged Live, Electrify Expo, and the EV Charging Summit, he leverages brand partnerships and public advocacy to drive EV adoption nationwide. In September 2026, Patrick became President of the Motor Press Guild.

Additionally, Patrick is a proven leader in grassroots electric vehicle (EV) community organizing with over two decades of operational, technical, and governance experience. As a national voice and advocate in the EV space, he con-founded the Ford EV Clubs network, growing the community to more than 2,100 registered members across 49 national chapters. His grassroots efforts extends to the Electric Vehicle Association (EVA) where he is the Interim Executive Director.
