EV charger reliability starts here: Field Advantage FACTOR Center!

We all want more reliable EV charging and Field Advantage is a company that works to make that happen! We recently took a tour of their corporate training, operations, and repair center to learn about how they are helping companies like Blink Charging maintain their chargers.

The FACTOR center is located in Kingsport, TN, and is where they train their techs who work throughout the country to provide predictive and preemptive maintenance in addition to repairs. The FACTOR center also serves as a repair center where they can run refurbishment programs on chargers in a central location.

In addition to all of that, we were also impressed by the beauty of the FACTOR Center campus and the unique corporate culture that Field Advantage has created by having their headquarters nestled in a rural location in East Tennessee.
